ComfyUI-Workflow-Image-Export Snags Node 2.0 Screenshots

ComfyUI-Workflow-Image-Export now includes experimental support for the newer ComfyUI Node 2.0 frontend. This extension saves a clean screenshot of your entire workflow and can embed the workflow JSON directly into PNG files. It works with both the classic LiteGraph interface and the updated Node 2.0, though the capture technique for the newer version uses Chromium’s screen capture APIs.

Developer Nomadoor who also created ComfyUI-Panorama-Stickers pushed the update after realizing that Node 2.0 could not be captured the same way as the legacy UI. He leveraged browser compositor capture to grab the graph view, making the tool usable for those switching to the modern interface. The extension is available through ComfyUI Manager, making installation straightforward.

The developer describes the method as a little forceful and is open to better ideas for capturing Node 2.0 workflows.
