ComfyUI-FileManaty is a new custom node that embeds a full file manager directly into the ComfyUI web interface. You can browse, preview, rename, move, copy, upload, and even trash your generated files without ever leaving the browser tab or touching your operating system’s file explorer. The extension supports images, video, audio, and workflow JSON files, showing metadata like prompts and seed values at a glance.

Developer Alexander Garzon, with sponsorship from Wallrus, created the tool to simplify local ComfyUI file management for anyone tired of constant alt-tabbing. It auto-mounts your output, input, and workflows folders by default, and you can configure additional root directories with read-only or full write access.
